I regularly meet with management to review suggestions based on mission and vision.
I review progress on plans at most meetings.
I was the one keeping the notes for each of our manager meetings. I also usually was the person creating our agenda, so it was easy for me to go back and ask whether or not we were on the right track, needed to drop a goal or already met a goal and could move forward.
I organized this particular way for us to use Google Workspace so that we could run more efficiently.
I am currently only able to get data by school staff.
The new plans and systems or evaluations are based on the data available.
I would like to find another way to have data implemented in school to be used in addition to subjective teacher feedback.
We are trying to have a standard of how we do the incoming student testing as well as periodic level testing to keep track of how each student or each class is doing throughout the year. This is the plan that I created.
At present, we just keep our test data in spreadsheets or make PDFS and hold them in folders. Most of our testing is done with the elementary age students. There is only one for the graduating kindergarten class.
I am currently building relationships with my cohort members who have great feedback on school life and management, and also offer great resources for various aspects of leading in education.
I occasionally attend meetups with teachers from various schools with discussions about their school's management styles and practices.
I would like to provide guided tours for incoming students and their parents.
Let's just take a look at my improvement plans to find out!
