Local Teacher Training

    The South Korean prep academy industry rarely runs like a traditional school.  They are mostly established to conduct business, being nothing but a place for children to receive tutoring or engage in educational activities until parents are done with the workday.  My director wants to operate as a school.  While working on the school risk analysis project, I realized how our school was completely unprepared for any risk despite there being some risk on campus and off.

     Here are the plans I worked on with feedback from my director and the elementary head teacher.
